4. Selection of sample price and vendor by local committee
5. Ordering

• Disposal Procedure of non used/defective items

1. Preparing List
2. Put up note to authority for write off the non used/defective items, after getting permission and then dispose.

• Selling waste papers and waste answer books (Process)

1. Put up the note for inviting quotations from vendor
2. Tendering
3. Open the tenders in presence of committee members
4. Comparative Statement
5. Selection by highest rate
6. Finalising vendor
7. Order to vendor and inform him for deposit lump sum amount to Accounts Section, As per rules
8. Collecting waster papers/answer books from all departments and Sections of the University and loading and weighing the truck.
9. Stores Section distributed sanitizers/ soaps/hand wash, cleaning materials etc. to the concerned Sections/Departments during Pandemic Period.
