Policy for Maintenance

  1. Form for Maintenance.
  2. Complaint is raised by the employee to the Estate Section using the above form.
  3. The supervisor is sent by the University engineer.
  4. The Required items are ordered is necessary and the maintenance and repairs are done.
  5. The work completion is endorsed by the complainent.
