Alumni

Department of Economics has a very glorious history of Alumni. It is a matter of great pride to name a few old students of the departments who have significantly contributed in all round development of Post-Graduate Department of Economics on the one hand and during their active tenure in their respective esteemed institutions on the other hand. Though there is no formal structure of Alumni, Department has been continuously enriched and supported by Alumni through various ways such as donations (of funds, rarely available books, past important volumes of various journals, important reports, etc.), research guidance, contribution of research articles in our referred Journal Artha-Vikas, expert comments on research activities of the department, services as resource persons, participation in departmental seminars, Conferences, Refresher courses etc. They also encourage and support academic and development related new initiatives, that have proved quite fruitful for a continuous and long term development of the Department.
