Migration Certificates

Procedure to Obtain Migration Certificate

The students of Sardar Patel University who have completed /incomplete their
studies at graduation or post graduation level and wish to get the admission to other universities will have to obtain the Migration Certificate from this University.  Migration certificate is issued only after a student secures his/her admission in other University (other than Sardar Patel University).

Students have to apply through prescribed application form (Available at Store Section, Room No. 108), form fees Rs.25 /- and required documents with true copy for migration certificate

           

Documents required for Migration Certficate

           

1.      Photocopy of Graduation / Post graduation marksheets.

2.      Acknowledgement/ PEC/ Receipt of Admission secured in College or University.

  • Application form is verified at the Academic section of the university Room No.213. After that, Migration fee Rs.100/- is to be paid at the Account section of the university. The students of the SPU post graduate department or M.B.Patel Education College will have to pay fee Rs.20/- extra for transfer certificate. 
  •             
  • Student who has completed his/her study in university affiliated colleges have to collect transfer certificate from respective college and then submit the same in academic section along with migration application form. Student of University Post Graduate Department will have to submit the application form in Academic Section after Head of Department signature and seal.
  • Migration Certificate will be sent to student by registered post.
